Draft a response to any review, right through Muse.
A review sits unanswered because writing a good reply takes more effort than reading one. Paste it into Muse, and Reply drafts a professional response in your own stored voice — gratitude for wins, de-escalation for misses. No social-media-management platform required.

How it works
Set your voice once
Paste in a review
Reply drafts the response
Try asking
You tell Muse: “Set my voice: warm, a little informal, always sign off ‘— The Riverside Cafe team.’”
Muse replies confirming your voice is saved for every future draft.
You paste a review: “Waited 40 minutes for a table, food was great once it came. 3 stars.”
Muse replies with a drafted response — acknowledging the wait, thanking them for the food compliment, in your own voice. The 3-star rating is picked up because it was explicitly stated; nothing is invented when it isn't.
You ask Muse: “Change it to apologize for the wait more directly.”
Muse replies with a revised draft — still never admitting fault beyond what you asked for, never offering compensation on your behalf.
What it uses
-
A sign-in ID. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email — no password to set or remember. Reply itself never stores your email address.
-
The review text you paste — normalized into a review+response record, with a customer name or star rating extracted only when your text unambiguously stated them. The raw text itself is never stored or logged; only a hash, so re-pasting the same review never re-reads it.
-
Your brand voice, only if you explicitly set it: business name, tone, sign-off, standard phrases.
Nothing else: no review-platform connection, no payment processing, no data shared between owners.
What it won't do
-
Reply never posts anything itself. It has no integration with any review platform, and never will — "Reply drafts; the owner posts" is a permanent boundary.
-
It never admits fault or offers compensation on your behalf. A response to a negative review acknowledges what was said and invites direct contact — it never apologizes for something not stated, offers a refund, or makes a promise only you can make.
-
It never invents a customer name or star rating. Both are extracted only when your pasted text unambiguously states them.
-
It shares nothing with advertisers.
