Privacy Policy — Rolecall
Ava Research LLC · Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy covers Rolecall (the "Service"), a connector that searches the live, signature-verified product-design job board at rolecalljobs.com through Muse. The short version: there is nothing to collect, because there is no account. Every tool works the same for everyone, with no sign-in, no token, and nothing stored about who searched for what.
What we store, and why
Nothing about you. The only thing this Service keeps anywhere is an in-memory copy of the public job board itself — the same signed file anyone can fetch directly from rolecalljobs.com — cached briefly to avoid re-fetching it on every search. That cache holds job listings, not people, and is never written to a database or disk.
What we don't collect
No account, no email address, no sign-in token, no payment details, no IP address tied to a person, and no record of your search terms, the roles you viewed, or the links you clicked. There is no user-data container anywhere in this connector's infrastructure — nothing exists to delete, because nothing was ever kept.
Permissions Muse asks for
None. Every tool in this Service is available without connecting an account or granting a permission — there is nothing here that requires one.
How search results work
Each search independently fetches and verifies the live board (or serves a short-lived cached copy of it, at most a few minutes old) and filters it against what you asked for. The results reflect the board at the moment it was last verified, not necessarily the exact instant you asked — every result carries its own freshness date so you can see exactly how current it is.
Applying for a role
Rolecall never submits an application on your behalf. A result's link is the employer's own job posting — applying always happens there, the same as if you had found the listing yourself.
Who can see it
-
Meta's Muse, if you use this connector, receives only the search terms for that one request and the matching results — never anything else, and nothing is kept afterward.
-
No one else. There is no account for any data to belong to, and nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Data retention
The cached board copy expires on its own after a short, fixed window (typically fifteen minutes) and is simply replaced by the next fetch — there is nothing to retain longer than that, because nothing about you was ever part of it.
Delete your data
There is nothing to delete — no account, no stored search history, no record tied to you in any form.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 — consistent with collecting no information from anyone at all.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
